This game has the greatest gameplay and graphics that will have you up all night playing and loving it. You won’t stop until you have completed the circuits like me. Advantages: SEGA RALLY! Disadvantages: Arcade thrills only.
Now this game has had a real slating for some apparent reason but I'll tell you what - I don't really see why.
In the past some of Sega's PC conversions have turned out, well, badly. This one though has got a lot going for it. The visuals are superb (although you're limited to 800x600 resolution), the sound effects are good and there are a wealth of cars and courses to play with. ...more for your money. Sega Rally 2 has only 8 cars to choose from and doesn't have enough tracks to send you into a coma!
Sega Rally 1 was great fun but now you need more than FUN in a game. The graphics are not that of beautifully crafted games such as Microprose's Grand Prix series nor is it as good as the likes of TOCA touring car.

...the ones on the original sega rally on my sega saturn were FAR better, in fact the game as a whole was better. It is good for a quick blast, but if you want off road fun, you should really go for the FANTASTIC insane, it's far better.

I think sega rally 2 is the best rally game ever because of it's amazing gamplay and the grafics are just brill The game has a 10 year championship and gruelling driving conditions through mud,deserts,blisards,night and many more.Choose from a multitude of world famous rally cars on 17 challenging courses. Sega Rally 2 is the sequel to one of the sega Saturn’s and the PC'sbest games: sega rally. Although a great improvement over the original sega classic it isn’t an amazingly good game, just a quite good game.
