Advantages: Indestructible, Loud, DJ friendly and has replaceable parts Disadvantages: Treble-heavy, big (like crash helmet!)

Sennheiser headphones are easy to maintain, if something breaks you just replace the broken part, everything is replacale, even the cable, ear pads and head strap, also all the bits of plastic are replacable! Not that you would need to with the HD215s durability.
To summarise:
Excelent for DJing, turning up loud and throwing in puddles! ...

Advantages: Build, Sound, Price. Disadvantages: None for this price.
I purchased these headphones from play.com at a bargain price of £24.99 with free delivery about 2 months ago. Up till now they have been fantastic and i have had no problems with them whatsoever. The main features of these closed-cup headphones are the rotatable ear cup ideal for DJ monitoring and a 3m coiled cable also ideal for DJ's. However i did not purchase these for DJing but for general usage connected to my hi-fi amp and find that they drown ... ...this price. Bass, mid range and treble is all spot in in my opinion and suits the music i listen to which is mostly indie/rock. The build quality is excellent and hours of listening can be enjoyed as they fit very comfortably. Also came with a very nice leather look storage pouch which was a nice extra i didn't expect. Really these headphones need to be connected to a hi-fi or amp to get the power needed to drive them, i have tested with portable ...
