Advantages: Great sound and comfort. Disadvantages: The size of them.
I bought these to use with my sony HD3 mp3 player as the headphones included are always cheap and tinny sounding.
They are dynamic and open allowing you to hear both the music and whats happening around you. The lead is 3 metres long which is ok for listening to a hifi at home but a bit long for an mp3 player. My solution to this was to coil it up. Its a copper cable oxygen free for great sound.
The frequency responce is 18-19,500 Hz.
The weight ... ...comfortable you dont notice the weight.
Included in the pack is a 6.3mm stereo jack adapter which is gold plated and screwed onto the 3.5mm jack plug which is also gold plated. The gold plating helps produce a better sound.
The sennheiser's i did alot of research on before i bought them as i wanted the best I could afford for the money.
