After angling for a pair of these for my birthday, my luck was in on the day when I unwrapped my wife's present to find these staring back at me!
As you'd expect with Sennheiser, the build quality is good. The base unit is well-designed and sturdy, with a couple of switches discreetly positioned at the bottom. The headphones are also well-built and comfortable, resting elegantly on the base unit's cradle to receive their charge. (The unit comes ... ...the headphones themselves is extremely simple: plug the base unit into a "sound source", click the "tuning" button on the headphones and wait until it finds the signal. However, if you're in a house with a lot of other wireless signals, you'll most likely need to choose a different "channel" using the switch on the front of the base unit to find the best signal. ...cans i came across the Sennheiser RS range and being Sennheiser i expected great things. but i wasnt blown away by these headphones. Dnt get me wrong as usual with Sennheiser these are the best wireless headphones about that your not going to pay ridiculous money for. But as far as wireless headphones go, i've yet to try a convincing pair in the £50-£100 price range. I recomend that if you are looking for headphones to listen to T.V, Films etc, then ... ...surround sound function witch does work rather well, the open back design gives an airy natural sound aswell. But if your looking for a pair of headphones to listen to music through, then go for the RS 140's the treble is richer and the bass has more presance due to the closed back design.
