    A friend of mine recently asked me to design a leaflet for his new business but he wanted to try and get it done as cheap as he could so I started to look around for some cheap quotes. I contacted various printers around my local area and the prices ranged from £200 - £300 for 2000 leaflets which was far to much money so I started looking at online printers and found lots of websites who had dramatically cheaper prices but the only thing that concerned me was what would the quality of the leaflets be like, I didn't want to pay upfront for them and then find that they where shocking quality ... more

    Advantages Advantages Price - that's it. Oh and the shiny website to cover up the idiots running it.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Rude, Unhelpful, Unapologetic, Unprofessional, Laughable customer service.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. I have used them for 6 or 7 orders, and have recommended them for their astonishing price, and quick free delivery. No major problems, bit of creased laminate, some slightly rough colour reproduction, but all in all very good. Until yesterday. I submitted a custom quote, and received a very blunt reply stating they needed more information. I phoned up to clarify the situation, and to add the necessary information (which wasn't really necessary, as I provided the design file) only to be told I must resubmit the quote or they couldn't quote.     Im a graphic designer and Ive been using sense creative for print for around a year now and have had a few jobs done with them with out issue, how ever i have now been waiting 18 days for an order, after 7 days they claimed to have had a problem with a pdf i supplied, i double checked my file (adobe preflight-no errors) and resent the same file, that same day i call to confirm the new file is ok, get told every one is out to lunch and that someone will call me back.     I have used sense creative many times as i am reseller and yes they were good quality until they turned the business cards to digitally printed. Yes they are cheap but prices have stayed the same since they changed from litho to digital, but quality has been reduced hugely. ALSO the main problem with sense creative is the owner John ( sense creative ) is very rude and trust me if you want customer care he has no care .     I have used Sense creative befor ein the past. They were quick if you needed sharp turnarounds but the quality of the paper and print were not of my liking. As of lately this seems to have declined. If you want anything printed, and have any sense avoid this company at all costs. yes they may be cheap, but thats about the only positive thing i have to say. I spoke with someone called John Thompson. All i will say is very rude and uncompromising.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Prepare to be shocked and appalled by the attitude of the owner

    I have registered today with the sole purpose of posting a review of Sense Creative. I have just had the most appalling experience with this company when I rang them to chase an order I had placed. I have never come across anyone quite so rude in business before. I doubt the owner has ever come across the phrase 'customer care' (our conversation ended when he put the phone down on me). I would never, ever use this company again after the response I received today on the telephone. Yes, the prices are cheap but at what cost? The extreme rudeness and the attitude of the owner beggars belief ... more

    Advantages Advantages Cheap, and when it does go smooth, the product is actually ok!

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Shocking customer service, and they don't stick to their promised delivery time

    Ok, a few warnings really before using this company. 1) If you are on a tight deadline don't put your faith in them. 2) If you want any kind of customer service, don't use them. 3) If you want a printing company that can on the odd occasion, admit that they're preflight system isn't perfect, and can cause poor print issues, don't use them. 4) If you don't like being lied to, DON'T USE THEM. The real shame is that their printed product is actually quite good for the money. Hopefully one day they will get bought out by someone more professional and customer friendly.     ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! Stay well away from this company!! AT ALL COST!! We have been in the design business for over 10 years designing various digital and print media. Posters, Booklets, Business Stationery etc...     I have used Sense Creative in a professional capacity for over 3 years now but I am now looking elsewhere for suppliers. Upon placing an order, I specified the importance of a delivery by a certain date - it was well within the 'turnaround' time stated on the site. The artwork was supplied immediately after the order was placed. After hearing nothing back for almost a week, I followed up, only to be advised that the order would be delivered 3 days after my deadline - I was also rudely told it was my fault for not supplying artwork.     Awful! First thing is, they do not send any proof before printing. I had a font that wasnt embeded, which was my fault I admit but I hadnt realised. They printed the business cards off, didnt check them against the artwork and sent them out to me, they looked awful. I rang them and they refused to help in any way claiming they had too much work to check every job was printed correctly!! I also paid an extra £1 for samples which I thought would be sent out to me prior to printing to make sure I was happy before they printed the rest of the cards. But no, these were just 5 samples of my business ... more
