    Advantages Advantages professional, easy to talk to, always someone on the telephone, excellent workmanship

    Disadvantages Disadvantages slightly more expensive than some other companies

    I had my garden landscaped by Serviceteam last year and they did an excellent job. They were more expensive than the other quotes I had but they seemed much larger and more profesional than anyone else. I rang them several times to talk to them about the project and the project manager was always available or got back to me and she was always very helpful and polite. I had a good feeling about them, so I went ahead. I glad i did because I'm really happy with my garden. They did a fantastic job.     Serviceteam are a good plumbing company. I had a leaky tap in the kitchen and they sent a plumber called Phil Crossgel out to my flat who was was excellent - really knew his stuff, very polite and friendly. He got stuck in straight away. He had an ipad that told him how long he was taking and I've never seen anything like it before because when he'd finished he stopped it and after I was happy with the work, I signed it and then it emailed me the invoice.     I have a two large facade on the exterior back and front of my elderly parent's house which had become weathered over the years and required painting and they hadn't been able to get round to it. I got in touch with them as the mentioned on their site that they paid special attention to woodwork and provide high quality materials. To be honest, I only decided to use them because i thought they had a good track record and i just wanted someone to deal with the problem.     I don’t usually do stuff like this, but I think Service Team are fabulous. I’m renting out my flat and was advised to get electrical and gas tests done by the estate agents. I’m so busy at the moment and was dreading sorting it all out. I rang Serviceteam and spoke to Debbie and she was great. She liaised with the estate agent and organised picking up and returning the keys. She got the certificates to me and supplied a reasonable quote for the electrical work that needed to be done.     Disadvantages Disadvantages poor standard of work, poor service, delays, expensive, no pride in work

    I had very poor service from serviceteam. They are based in London and allegedly provide domestic home service. Service was extremely poor. Standard of work poor and work had to be redone by another tradesman Management dismissed the fact that the work had to be redone and took no responsibility. They were rude and aggressive. They pledge excellent service but deliver bad service. I am happy to pay more as long as the work is good quality. I have written to Ciao previously and they removed my honest review.     They service my boilers and my electrics and I've always liked dealing with them. They have been reliable, the staff are polite and always friendly. In fact, I haven't found another plumbing and electrics company to match them. While they are not cheap, I would say that they offer a great level of service. And they provide a lot of services. This has been very useful to me as I own multiple properties. I get an automatic reminder whenever I need a safety certificate. This is immensely useful and saves me having to manage it.     Advantages Advantages The management were very helpful and looked after the whole project from start to finish.

    I have hired Serviceteam Landscapers on many occasions and I must say that I can't praise them enough. From start to finish, the team working on my garden project were hard working and friendly. They also gave me a lot of advise on the maintenance side of things. Thank you management, they watched over the project and were constantly in touch with me to ensure that any questions that I had were answered to my satisfaction.     Advantages Advantages They always do what they say they are going to do. Slightly more expensive, but worth it.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Slightly more expensive than others.

    I have used this company on many occasions to carry out work on my garden mainly because you always get a great job done by these guys. If you have any questions for them they are only too happy to answer them. I have changed my mind a few times half way through a job, nothing is too hard for them. If it can be done they will do it. From my point of view you get what you pay for with Serviceteam which makes a nice change.     There's a first time for everything and the first time I've felt compelled to right up a good review. Especially as the company that I employed in the first instance did not work out well at all.. I would leave a review about them but they are not listed on this site. I have just moved into a new flat and had it entirely refurbished. The only thing left was a small garden at the rear (it's a ground floor terraced flat).     As a professional in the garden design and landscaping industry I employ and use the services of many different companies. I am always seeking to expand this collection of companies - unfortunately Serviceteam will not be one of them. I contracted them to do some garden clearance and pruning work for a client. They didn't bring the correct equipment and had to borrow from the client, they brought nothing to protect the clients property (access was through the kitchen) and failed to complete the work.
