Not a great budget machine. Its very very noisy on spin! And it say 5kg load capacity but I\'ve found we can really only put about 3 to 4 kg in there before it starts jumping about on spin. We had servis out to it under the warranty because of the spin being so bad, and they say there is nothing wrong with it. Personally I don\'t agree because there appears to be far too much movement on the drum even by hand! I would expect a small amount of movement, but ours is quite dramatic. Bought this machine brand new based on its "performance" , A rating , 1300 spin and a host of features and it looked cool in a dark silverish colour. Within a few months of use the powder tray started to clog up resulting in the powder staying where it was and not in the wash(and yes, it was cleaned regularly).Engineers found no fault so we remedied this problem by switching to capsules! As sods law goes , within a few weeks of being out of warranty the drum started making noises as though we were washing bricks in it (Not that this machine was quiet to start with). I've had this machine about 6 weeks now and can't say I'm that impressed. On the plus size it has a good size drum (5kg capacity) with easy 180 degree access, the 40 wash doesn't take forever and it spins really well (1300rpm). It's energy efficient rating A, wash performance A, and spin B. On the negative side, it can be loud and squeal, water collects on the rubber seal, the fabric conditioner drawer always has water in it.
