Seven Seas Evening Primrose Oil Plus Starflower Oil

Several times I had tried Evening Primrose Oil for PMT, to no avail. Then 3 months ago I was referred to the breast clinic with pain in one breast and a slight discharge. Luckily this turned out to be completely benign and the doctor prescribed me Evening Primrose Oil. Evening Primrose Oil is known worldwide for the so called benefits it holds for women and how it can make them feel much better by reducing PMS and relieving period pains. I decided to try some as my mother was taking it and had bought loads of the stuff through a mail order company, at a great cost I might add. The instructions were to tale 3 tablets a day with meals. For over 6 months I had probelms with eczema. I visited the doctor on three occassions and was applying hydorcortizone three times a day. The cream had side effects and did not appear to be working. I was also taking antihistimine I decided to try evening primrose and starflower oil after reading this can help skin.
