Seven Seas are the most well known cod liver oil producers, and sell it in a variety of combinations and forms. High Strength are 525mg capsules, containing 200mg omega 3 oils.
The 'active ingredients' in these cod liver oil capsules are Omega 3 fish oils, and the vitamins A, D and E.
