I personally do not take this product, instead I give it to my 4 pussy cats. I have a cat of the age 13yrs and she is finding it hard to get about, well she was until I started giving her the Cod Liver Oil. She is now getting about alot easier since taking this product, she suffers from arthritis in her hind legs and found it difficult to get about. You can get them in capsules these days so you don't have to take them straight from the bottle *yak yak* like they did years ago! My main reason for taking them is to keep my joints supple and to provide me with extra vitamin A.
