I personally do not take this product, instead I give it to my 4 pussy cats. I have a cat of the age 13yrs and she is finding it hard to get about, well she was until I started giving her the Cod Liver Oil. Despite all the connotations with cod liver oil about being old and hard up from the war and so on, this really does wonders for your health. You can get them in capsules these days so you don't have to take them straight from the bottle *yak yak* like they did years ago! I have taken Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil capsules on and off for several years and find them tremendously beneficial. My main reason for taking them is to keep my joints supple and to provide me with extra vitamin A. I usually take them fairly regularly if I have a supply in (although I'm not always good at remembering to take them). When my supply runs out I sometimes forget to replace them for a while, hence I say that I take them on and off.
