Great viewing experience, once you have got it set up correctly. After having read the manual, following installation, we adjusted the set to our liking and have not looked back. Admittedly, we purchased high quality accessories - hdmi cable, scart leads, etc., in order to get the best out of this TV. I don't see the point of buying a good quality TV only to skimp on cheap leads, etc. I have 2 quibbles (and both are minor): i) the sound quality could ...

...it is a good job sharp have such a good customer service and so they have replaced the set, or sometimes just a single circuit board inside, every time it has gone wrong (Which is expected when you pay a certain amount of money for an LCD TV that should work). I have found the feature that enables you to connect to a pc/laptop can be useful sometimes but when my friend came round with an older laptop, for some reason it wasn't compatible so the screen ...

(Although this may be no fault of the TV and could be that the graphics card on the pc could not handle such a large load) I might also mention it's awesome for playing video games - especially if you use the hdmi input because it has an ‘action mode’ with refreshes the screen at 4ms making fast action smoother, however it slightly reduces quality when watching films.
