Advantages: your tv is massive
Disadvantages: you cant see the picture when the light shines on the screen

I have just recently bought one of these projectors and the 8ft screen to go with it. I found the quality of the picture to be very good for such a large sized screen the only problem i have with this kind of tv is that in the day when the light shines on it you cant se the picture that well.
