A good long lasting lip pencil. Here is the problem: All of these lipliner pencils get their staying power by drying a bunch of pigment onto the lips. That pigment is often fairly thick and sticky. It also can be drying. I paid £2.95 on a Boots sale, a good deal for what I got, a lip liner which claimed: "A long-lasting lip liner that effortlessly draws beautiful lines that do not feather or smudge. May be used to color the entire lip. " Very True Indeed. I tried it at work and got about 6-7 hours, although it only looked decent for about 4-5 of that.
