Silver Cross is of a name historically admired and trusted in the pram world. The classic large wheeled model is the one that generally springs to mind when this famous brand name is mentioned. However, Silver Cross have now entered the modern age.
The chassis element of this system is just that - a chassis, & is useless in itself without the pram body element. The reason I mention this is that the body is totally detachable ... ...of this pram is unmistakably Silver Cross, even without the big wheels. The pram unit does seem larger than most, which certainly gives it presence, but remains very attractive in it's design. I would suggest though checking the amount of boot space in your car and maybe asking the retailer if you can place their demonstration unit into your boot before purchasing. Folding the chassis is easy, and of course if used mainly with the car seat the space ...
