Plagued with bad entries into the gaming genre beforehand, the Simpson's hasn't been a hit since that old arcade version was around. ...a week, I've come to the conclusion that this is one game that you either love or hate. Or you could do both simutaneously in a viscious circle. I never really liked the look of Simpsons Road Rage, but when Hit and Run came out I thought I'd give it ago. ...has to try and save the day (which is difficult for someone of his limited brain power) in this wacky, fun game. ...Grand Theft Auto 3 on the PS2, Simpsons H & R is a free roaming, car jacking, street racing, ass kicking cracker of a game. The action is viewed in 3rd person and the graphics are very sweet - it's just how a virtual springfield should look! The Simpsons: Hit & Run is a completely different type of game from the various other games that include America's favourite yellow family. This one has a story and feels like a lot more time has gone into it. Something strange is happening in Springfield. ...of my favourites. I love the idea that you can control the Simpson characters. The story line Aliens have drugged buzz cola and are secretly filming earth's stupidity for a space program! The Simpson's are Springfield's only hope. Act as Marge, Homer, Bart, Lisa or even Apu in separate levels to each do their part in saving Springfield, or even the world! Finally the Simpsons fans have a game that actually does justice to the TV series. Forget Road Rage, Wrestling or Skateboarding, if you want a decent game based on the Hit Tv series then this is all you need to know. Borrowing more than it's fait share of ides from the Grand Theft Auto series, Hit and run allows you to experience all the fun of the afore mentioned title but with out the blood and guts. The Simpsons hit and run is one of those great games that you can just pick up and play and have a lot of fun with. I choose to purchase this on the gamecube but i also own a ps2. . 1-4 players can play, and it takes up 8 blocks on a memory card. There are over 50 missions with plenty of unlockables and multiplayer action within. Whats cool about this game is also the fact that they use the original storywriters to help make the game, and the voices ...
...a number of missions on the level to move onto the next level in which you control bart, then lisa and so on... You need to collect coins throughout and these can be used to purchase different cars and clothes and stuff. Overall i really enjoyed the game and i recommend you buy it. However i would recommend paying £39.99, as this is the higt street price. Do shop around and you'll find it for about £30 , try internet retailers. This is a great game ...

In each level there are different collectors cards collect them all in the level and you unlock a multiplayer race game, if you collect all the collectors cards in the game you can watch an itchy and scratchy episode that has never been seen before. ...your own car doors. But the sound is very good as it is done by all the characters that star in the tv show, and this game will have a very long lifespan. If i saw this in the shop me being a simpsons fan would want to buy it straight away but it is not all it is cracked up to be. ...

...you are trying to get the missions complete that are easy and then progress to get harder you have to be a careful driver or be prepared to run from the police. There is also extra things you can do like buying cars or clothes. The graphics could be improved and at the moment the only speeds are walking and running and i think there needs to be a faster speed because it takes a while to get to different places.
