Skin Doctors Potent C+ Smoothing Eye Gel

I recently purchased this skin doctors potent c + eye gel from Ebay for approx £12 - I think this is about £15 at other places. This is for a 15ml tub. The packaging is simple but nice, a blue and white box with black writing and the actual eye gel comes in a clear, glass tub with a silver lid. The texture of the cream is fairly thick and is white in colour. My thoughts are that this is a really good eye gel, it doesnt feel too heavy on the skin ...
