...pounds, I have turned to Slim Fast. I know that the best way to lose weight is to cut out excess fat and sugar, exercise regularly and eat nutritious meals. So why, if I know that, can’t I do it!
Desperation has set in. I was in Boots the other day and noticed they had Slim Fast products on 3 for the price of 2. Also, you could use your Advantage Points to pay for the products. As I had over £70 of points and nothing I particularly wanted ... ...some Slim Fast products. I may well write about some more at a later date, but for now here is my opinion on their Hot Chocolate drink.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Slim Fast plan works by providing you with calorie counted meal replacements. To follow the plan, you replace 2 meals with a Slim Fast product and then eat a balanced, low-fat meal of around 600 calories for your third meal of the day. You can also have up to 3 snacks per day of around 100 ...

Advantages: Good to kick start a diet, Convienent and east to use Disadvantages: ont keep weight off after you stop due to the returning of unhealthy diet
...that the best way to slim or lose weight is too eat a little less fatty food and do slightly more exercise. Saying that, it can take months or years to come to what we think, a reasonible shape in your own eyes.I did try Slim Fast a few years ago, whilst trying to lose that extra stone before we tried for a family.

Advantages: Ruch taste, fewer calories, minimal fat content! Disadvantages: none!
...fat/calorie snacks etc. The Slim fst hot chocolate was recommended to me by as friend who was very satisfied with the product. I was amazed at the rich flavour, almost as good as Cadburys, and with so few calories, and marginal fat content! I would recommend this to anyone! No just thoes on a diet but those generally wanting a great hot chockie! The fact that it has fewer calories than most hot chocolates makes it taste even better!!! ...

I have done a review on slimfast shakes, so wont go into it too much here. This is basically the tin, but you mix it with hot water instead of milk.
The price is around £6.99 though it is normally harder to find and more costly than the tins of milk powder.
You follow the plan as it says, but no milk with this one. However, you still get clumps, and it is rather like drinking hot water that once said hello to a block of chocolate.
Imagine putting ... ...over it, and then drinking without stirring, and thats the taste of this.
If anything its being kind saying cadburys, because where the chocolate is I dont have a clue!!
If you must do slimfast, this is a nice way to vary things up, but I would onl say to try it on those conditions, otherwise, no no no :)
