I am always in such a hurry & more often than not forget to have breakfast or lunch. Then by mid afternoon I am ravenous and reach for the most convenient snack which is always a bar of chocolate ( so easy to prepare and a quick fix). This is normally washed down with a can of coke - how healthy can you get?
I have two young children and a full time job so mornings are always hectic. I make their breakfast, get them dressed and make their packed ... ...time and they haven't brushed their teeth yet and there's only ten minutes to tackle the morning traffic! We hurry out of the door with me just about managing to pull a comb through my hair and make it to school with only seconds to spare.
I drive to work feeling peckish but after being stuck in more traffic I don't have time to pop into the shop to get something to eat. It's usually at least one o'clock before I manage to get out to lunch ( after ...

...the review on the total Slim fast, I think it is only fair to give my favorite Slim-fast product its due praise. Well I am talking about the Slim-fast ready made banana shake.
The Slim-fast ready made banana shake comes in an individual can or a case of 6. The can itself has the normal slim fast red and white colors with a picture of an scrumpous banana shake towards the bottom. On the reverse side of the can it gives useful calorie intake chart, ... ...and a toll free phone line. And just to the left of that you will find all the nutritional information.
Before opening the can you want to ensure you shake it up well, and then just pull the easy pull tab. After opening, you will notice the sweet banana aroma reminding you of any banana shake you have previously had and upon first tasting you will find it also tastes just like a real banana shake. Its density is just about perfect as it goes down ...

After gaining a stone during the summer.....holiday ice creams and that...I decided that a diet was in full need if I was going to fit into any of my clothes. I have before tried various diets such as the cabbage and cereal diet. Neither tasted good and certainly had a limited success. Slimfast is such a well known dieting group that I decided to give it a go. I came across the banana drink during my local shop and was suprised at the reasonable ... ...it and give it a go. Althought the taste was far from heavenly, it felt good knowing it was low in calories and fat and was helping me on my diet. The flavour was fairly strong, not watery like expected. I would easily recommend this product to anyone wanting to lose a bit of weight and after a tasty snack. ...
