Slim fast smoothies - I have been using this product now since April 08 and its now September 08. I have lost 3 and a half stone since the start and am wholly satisfied with the job they claim to do. Having tried every diet under the sun over the past thirty years, this has come as a breath of fresh air and is proving successful as I am not yet tired of them and am as motiviated now as I was on day one! Slim Fast please distribute them more widely as my only problem with them is getting them! I think this is a useful product in a weight loss plan, but with only in particular circumstances. I did not find it a satisfying meal substitute if I had significant time to sit down and relax for lunch: in such cases I found myself wanting more, even though it is reasonably filling. However, on days where I was busy at work, and I didn't have long to break or I ate as I carried on working, I found this to be a really good product. It is quite tasty ...
