I bought my copy of Slimming worlds 30-minute meals as when I first joined slimming world a few months ago. I am not going to explain how slimming world works in any detail as that is another review! However briefly, slimming world works by helping you to follow a healthy eating plan. Each day you can choose to follow either a green menu, where you can eat unlimited amounts of pasta, rice, pulses and potatoes, or a red menu which allows unlimited ... ...and vegetables. To understand how slimming world works I suggest you read a few of the excellent reviews already on the site.
Even if you have never attended a slimming world meeting or have any prior knowledge of how the plan works you should still be able to make sense of it all my reading this book. However for the best results I recommend you join slimming world and attend the meetings!
