Slimming World is a members club that advises and encourages members to lose weight. Members join for a variety of reasons - the vast majority have tried to lose weight previously on their own and join because they are promised a method of eating that will make the process easier and, most importantly, without the need for hunger pangs! I re-joined slimming world in January 2006. Previous to this, I had joined once before but now I look back, I was too young to take dieting seriously but since my weight has gone up and up over the last few years I decided to re-join. ...tried all the well know slimming clubs and diets, but i have to say Slimming world is the best I have tried. I haven't succeeded in losing any near the amount of weight I need to, but I have lost by far the most through slimming world.
