Advantages: I paid £175 with snazal instead of £185 with amazon Disadvantages: 28 days to receive books when told I would receive in 5 days max, poor customer service
...the value of £175 from snazal.com on 20.10.09, they finally arrived on 17.11.09. Waiting 28 days for a book that amazon could deliver the next day is ridiculous. There is no phone number on snazal.com in order to contact customer services. They did not reply to any one of my emails that I sent them and I eventually found their phone number due to a faulty link in an email I received from snazal. The link they provided was for another website for ... ...I tracked snazal's number. The staff were unhelpful and blamed suppliers for the problem. They made no effort to tell me about any supply issues. I therefore opened a paypal dispute for non-receipt of goods as I thought I had lost the battle with them. They eventually replied on paypal and asked me three times to close the dispute as they felt they had resolved the problem despite me not having received the books yet. Advantages: A good website with lots of products! Disadvantages: Postage charges
A good website with a range of different titles to browse through. I liked the layout and found the navigation of the website easy to use. With thirty four categories to look through, this website has plenty to keep people happy. The products are reasonably priced and postage is quick and not too expensive. Postage is what lets this site down, however. Many of its rivals (such as Amazon) offer free delievery, Snazal does not. It does post to anywhere ...
