Advantages: Life like, great fun online with loads of guns.

Disadvantages: dint makes it convenient for offline users.

...a bit unclear but the socom US navy game has softer and clearer graphics. And another advantage the game has over other war games that I have played is that most of the war games that I have played like medal of honour and call for duty, is based on the second world war settings that might have some outdated weapons, armored tanks and planes but the US navy game has advanced and modern war weapons that we have in our modern times. Advantages: Can drive vehicles, good graphics netplay should be good
Disadvantages: complicated, annoying accent and no 2player

...i didnt like either and socom 2 might be better than socom3. in socom3 you have to lead and command an army, on a ps2 thats a bit too long. maybe on pc this game would be playable. the graphics are good and the sounds of talking and stuff is good i hate conttrolling shooters on playstation aiming with the joysticks is too hard. Disadvantages: samey offline gameplay, too big!!!

However comapared to socom 2 it just is not as exciting offline: same old missions but on bigger maps, some nice variations, such as flare missions, but still if you have the online version you probably won;t find yourself playing the offline version very often. Disadvantages: Maps are too big which means it losses it's stealth like the first two titles

...be fair if you've played socom 1 or 2 online you may be very disapointed with this one, however for someone who hasn't it will be an amazing game accept it does take a long time to play the next round as there are alot of people to kill on a big map unless you play the respawn mode. Overall i feel this is a great game but still probably prefer the previous socom 2. ... Read review
