I received the Sony DSC-T200 as a gift from my father in law earlier this year. First off, when I looked at the package - instantly impressed. If you want to give a digital camera as a gift to someone, you could do far worse than this camera. Ive had my Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T200B for 2 months now. The 8.1 megapixel shooter is similar to T100. Its a polished camera, it replaces the interface with a touchscreen. Menus are quite intuitive. Tap the functions, they pop up - plenty of room to work with. The camera shoots fast, images are soft and pretty good detail. The camera has a unique feature - A smile shutter - which detects the face of the person you are shooting, quirky little feature and interests a lot of people! the Sony DSC-T200 has been with me for over4 months now and i have had just about no problems with it. it is quite easy to use once you have read the manual book provided. the picture quality is amazing at 8.1 mega pixel and the 5 times optical zoom allows the image to be completely clear even when zoomed in 5 times. the best part of having a T200 is that the size of the pictures can be changed. you are able to change the image into an HDTV version ...
