The Sony W170 digital camera has to be one of the best value for money cameras. The quality which would be expected from Sony is still there, and also it shoots great photos. I really like this camera. The picture quality is amazing and very clear. It has a very good zoom. If you're looking for a good camera that doesn't have any cool or differnet effects but takes really good normal pictures this one is good for you.

Picked up one of these babies before i moved to Aus. Great quality photos quality optical and digital zoom, definately worth the money. I like to take pictures and send them back home, this camera takes lovely pictures, it really is a good camera.

the compactness makes it very attractive. A little uneasy that it's easy to lose because it's rather small. Not sure I'd give it to children! But for adults - perfect! Quality of photos is good.

The only difference from Sony DSС W150 is the resolution. Very often people ask me what camera to buy, and I always recommend Sony or Canon. But not in this case.
