Advantages: A great phone, good features. If you like Sony Ericsson phones then you'll like this Disadvantages: Not great picture quality. No Free Games. Not many extras on the phone
...when I brought my old Sony Ericsson, this time all of the good phones were on contract and being a student anything more than a tener a month on pay as you go. One of the first phones I picked up was the C510, however due to the fact that on the network that I wanted, you could only get the phone in silver, and I had set my heart on the black one. In a stupid decision, I decided to buy another phone, a Nokia one and within a week, I knew I had made ... ...of the newest and cheapest Sony Ericsson phones on the market at the moment. It cost me just under £100, which is quite a bit considering that it is supposed to be ‘the phone for the credit crunching times’. The previous phone I had brought cost me £29 less and had around the same features that this one has, however the only problem that I had with that phone is it wasn’t sony ericsson and I couldn’t get along with the phone at all. This phone is ...

...never seen before on a Sony Ericsson, this is my third, such as Track ID, where you hold the phone up to some music and it identifies the song and the artist. For a charge of course, unsure on this as i haven't used it. I don't think it's an amazing thing really! There are a few demo games on the phone, FMX111, demo Jenga, Demo Need for Speed, Demo Tetris and Demo Use The Force. There are no full games on the phone which is slightly disappointing, ... ...recommend this phone to friends and i have really enjoyed using it and when it comes time to upgrade my phone i would go for a Sony Ericsson again and hopefully in a years time they will of made an upgraded version of this phone as it's great!

Sony Ericsson C510 Phone
About a month ago I was sitting here doing my usual "spend too much time on Facebook" when one of the little ad's at the side of the page caught my eye for a free phone with certain traffifs on 3 network, having been on O2 for ages I was slightly wary of 3 as I have heard bad press about them, but I decided to have a look anyway and after reading about this C510 phone I decided to give them a go.
Within 2 days I had my ... ...to discover a Sony Ericsson with a difference.
The phone loaded up as a normal mobile does, after waiting a few minutes I started making my way through the menus and slowly personalising it. The first thing I noticed was the Menu screen is almost identical to the previous Sony Ericsson phones I have had, the menu screen consists of the following:
The 12 main areas of the main menu screen are:
• Messaging • Media • Alarms • Contacts • Radio • Calls ...

Advantages: Strong signal reception, long long battery life, internet with a wide range of features Disadvantages: Small buttons, irritating dictionary feature.
''' Sony Ericsson C510 ''' ''' Introduction ''' I have had this phone for nearly 8 weeks and I think that's enough time in between purchasing and reviewing as in the last few weeks, new annoyances and niggles have recently surfaced when using the phone. My previous Sony Ericsson phone broke after 7 months so I was a bit hesitant in buying another phone from this company but I was willingly to give them another chance on the basis I got a cheap contract! ... ...use the earphones supplied by Sony Ericcson; which was very poor as it was very tinny sound with no bass; so the MP3 player isn't for me, I'll stick to my iPod. There's a memory card slot on the side of the phone and it is very tricky to get out. However, I must say I haven't even filled up a bit of the phone memory so there isn't a need for me to have additional memory. But if you like your phone MP3 player, then additional memory is needed! Also, ...

Advantages: Small size, Lots of features Disadvantages: No GPS / Wifi
The Sony Ericsson C510 is a mid-range phone released in early 2009. It was part of a multitude of phone released at the same time. It belongs to the Cybershot range of the SE phones - of which K850, C903 and C905 are more superior. It can be considered the "successor" (very similar specifications) to the K770i or the K810. --- the BASICS --- The C510 is a candybar phone, no sliding, folding or rotating gimmicks. The phone is equipped with an RDS FM Radio which displays information from the FM station the user is listening to. The reception is good with the provided headphones. (Internet and Messaging) The internet capability of this phone is excellent and certainly exceeds expectations. The browser has a built-in cursor ...

Advantages: Big screen. Easy to use Disadvantages: Small keypad
...also light to carry round.
Sony Ericsson has fitted a 2.3inch screen into this handset and in my opinion have compromised the keypad because of this. The size of the keys can prove problematic!. The Call and End keys are particularly small, rounded buttons at the outer ends of the handset. The inner buttons bevel inwards with a distinctive feel. But due to the size of the buttons, if like me you have quite chunky fingers, you may struggle with texts ... ...For a mid-range handset the Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot does well. It has a fairly reasonable camera, the phone itself is quite easy to use and has a decent battery life. Its talktime can reach up to 10 hours with 400 hours standby time in GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900 mode.
With a guided price of around £100 on pay as you go. This is good value for money. 8/10! ...

...had had good experiences with sony ericcson cybershot phones in the past but I found the camera on this phone to be very dissapointing. It has some good features but these seem to have replaced picture quality. I found the shutter speed to be very slow and photos would often come out blurred and I also found the flash to be very poor and pictures would quite often come out very dark. I have found the other functions on this phone to be quite good ...

Advantages: Leight weight, easy to use, offers some great features and has a good battery life. Disadvantages: Poor reception quality and can be slow.
The Sony Ericsson C510 is a candy bar phone with many great features. The phone is reasonably priced for what it is and what it can do and offers the ability to be able to not only make phone calls, but send and receive pictures, sms messages, voice messages, emails, conduct video calls, listen to the radio, play games and surf the web. Although this is all pretty standard stuff for modern mobile phones - with the Sony Ericsson’s easy to use buttons ... ...the buttons to read a message, for example.
Amongst the disadvantages of the Sony Ericsson it is a very good phone and is very good value for money. I would recommend this phone to anyone on the go or people who love to take quick pictures on the go. ...
