I have had the C702 for 2 weeks now and i'm surprisingly impressed. i have had soo many phones over the past few years and some have been terrible. Fortunately this phone does not fall into this category. The camera is pretty good, this has "cyber-shot" technology which means it can auto focus on faces in a picture. This has proved to be very good, taking great pics. There are good features on the phone such as internal GPS, this will help plan routes ... ...The 3G phone allows quick web browsing. If you can get this phone on a contract that allows online access, you will see a huge benefit. The feel of the phone is very good, it seems like it can take a beating, definately not flimsy! Neither dust nor splash resistant in my opinion. Mine has suffered from both rendering the mic useless, i can only use it by connecting the headset or being in the car on the bluetooth set. Dust and dirt get into the camera lens cover, the screen is the easiest scratcher I've ever owned and the screen detail is unreadable in anything but semi-darkness
I have to be very carefull with it as any sudden knock or jolt makes itturn itself off. Maybe I got a lemon, but it waited until just out of guarentee to start to play up.
I've had sony ericsson before that were great, this one isn't ...
