Advantages Advantages Everything. Has a huge WOW factor, decent camera, great fun to play with, it is perfect. Except....

Disadvantages Disadvantages ...it is really rather pricey.

I have now lost count of how many phones I have had. After my poor, poor T630 had a nasty sand incident, which was then worsened by some reddragonflame repair work-gone-wrong, I decided maybe I should take my business to another phone. I was coming up to 18, so I thought, hmm, I think it'd be good to get a contract. Being the clever bugger that I am I figured that getting an O2 contract phone would mean that when the contract expired and I got to keep the phone, I would be able to use my O2 genie sim card if I didn't enjoy the contract. So, with this in mind I trotted off to the O2 store in my ... more

Advantages Advantages Wealth of software available, truly a PDA & a top class phone in equal measure

Disadvantages Disadvantages Size (over a non-smartphone), slight learning curve, slightly irritating music player (see review), not the best camera

I got this phone last October to replace my ageing P800, which I loved. When it was released, the P800 was the first of a new breed of smartphone, and well ahead of anything else on the market - two revisions later and the P910 (a revised version of the P900, which was itself a revised version of the P800) doesn't seem quite so extraordinary, but is in fact a much better device. The things I appreciate most about the P910 are the same things I loved about the P800, except they're better. For instance, I loved the way that the P800 had enough memory to store thousands of text messages (which I ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Worst phone I've ever owned

Most reviews of this phone, I'm convinced are submitted by Sony-Ericsson. They lack details on why they say the phone is good. I'll give examples of why the phone is the worst I've ever owned. Looking at any other review you will find nebulous examples. 0. Poor Sound quality: 1. Poor Sound quality: 2. Poor sound quality: I can't emphasize this enough. If I am in a pub or on a train, I cannot hear the person on the other end of the conversation. This is because the phone picks up on the background noise and chops up the received sound. If you are in a restaurant, on a city street, in a slightly ... more

Advantages Advantages Functionality, quality, touchscreen, PC conectivity

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Camera, battery

When it comes to mobile phones, I only think of one brand. SonyEricsson. I've been a customer of Ericsson before the join with Sony. Apart from that terrible 7xx series, all other phones were quite revolutionary. It was me who first bought the T68, the first phone with coloured screen. Then, I stepped to P900 and now P910i. I wouldn't expect it to be much different from P900. And it wasn't. It only had those changes that you would expect from a new model, after taking in consideration the customers feedback. Inlay keyboard: Those smart guys! They tried to fill in all that empty space when you ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages Camera BIg time and battery and Keyboard inside flip

This phone was my second choice when my contract came round and overall I am pleased with it. I bought it from Vodafone for £50.00 monthly contract. the weight of the phone is 155g a bit bulky but in all a good versitile PDA. Functions I love: Touch-screen, this is definitely one of the best screens I have used, easy to navigate from one function to another, idiot proof (even for me) a real easy to use for sms and mms messaging, with intergrated Pen. Keyboard: I found this to be quick and easy to use with no bother at all, cut down my time on Texting and writing memos. Notepad: this i found ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages speed problem, very slow, battery drains

I love mobile phones and been a P900 user for almost a year and last week got upgraded to this phone. Functionality The very first day the phone got hung 5-6 times it is very very slow when u compare it with P900, to be honest my P900 opened applications faster. I also didn’t like the first extra page they have added in it when u opens the flip, the image in the background is some wot stretched. Qwerty Keyboard Frankly I have not found this Qwerty keyboard at all useful a big waste as does not light up as there is no light in the keyboard so in the dark u can’t use it rest u can understand ... more

Advantages Advantages Great Phone, useful synching, lots of software

Disadvantages Disadvantages Relies on using Microsoft Office

The first thing that people generally moan about when they discuss the p*** series phones are the size. How many times have i heard "it's a brick" or "you cant put it in your pocket". And how many times have I then seen the same person juggling around a mobile phone, a pda, and a diary, and laughed. For me, the p910i has excellent functionality, and is a bit more robust than my previous p800. The camera isn't fantastic, but to be honest if I want to take photographs and get good results, I take a camera. It's ok for filming things, and in terms of using for accessing the internet, no ... more

Disadvantages Disadvantages take some time to get used to can be confusing

i have had my p910i for about 9 mounths now. personaly i love it to bits. though i do agree there are a few problems. first things first only buy this phone if you are a bit of a tecno person this phone has a lot of menus and at first can be difficult to work with. once you have got used to this phone it will be a freind for life. the good things: it does every thing u would want a phone to do and the basics of what a PDA can do. great for bissness men and colage/university students. it as a huge screen witch is suprisingly robust. though if u put ur keys in the same poket as the phone small ... more

    Advantages Advantages Looks, Functionality

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Price

This is my very first ever Sony Ericsson as I had been using Nokias for the past 7 years. I have found this phone very interesting due to the range of functions it has. For a start, when you get the phone, you will also get a little "flip replacement". The original flip holds the "qwerty" keyboard which nimble fingers are needed for you to operate it. If you don't like the flip, you can unscrew it with the accessories supplied and replace it with a cover. With the cover on, it turns into a PDA and has to be operated using the pen supplied. The pen is neatly slotted away at the back of the ... more

    Advantages Advantages Style, Stability, Usability

Disadvantages Disadvantages Lacking in some important features

I purchased this phone whilst waiting for it's successor, the P990i, to be released. I knew full well that this phone was quite old, however I wanted to get the feel for the P Series phones. It goes without saying that this is far from a camera phone. It features only a VGA camera, which produces pictures and videos that by todays standards, are very poor. The display is also nothing to write home about, and again, by todays standards, shows the age of the phone. However, I will say this. Even for the age, I like the design of this phone. The screen is huge when the flip is open, and the ... more
