“T10 good things”

published 05/08/2000

Free and reliable

Hard to hear other person

The T10s is probably the best 'free' phone available, until the T28 comes onto this market at an equal price. It is a rugged phone - my neighbour dropped his into a pint of lager and it was fine after a day on the radiator - which will survive most accidents. It comes in five funky colours, of...

I got fed up with the pay as you go mobile phone service, so I decided to get a contract phone. News papers have the service advertised daily. However, I was told by a friend to go with "Phones 4 u", on Vodafone network. Previously I was on Vodafone anyway and have always been satisfied with the...

“HOT ear piece”

published 06/01/2001

small, flip protected buttons

ear piece hots up on long calls

THIS phone gets hot after long use and leaves my ears burning...not a good thing, so only suitable for occasional users. On the plus side it is small and in this low end market, few are this small, though it has a heavy battery and makes the unit weigh down a shirt pocket. The bright colours are...

It was cheap

see opinion

I bought my Ericsson T10 on ebay for about £26.00.I was fed up with Nokias and wanted a little diffrent as ta the time the Nokia 3310 was my only phone.I was first considering a Bosch and thendecided the T10 would be better for me as it has a few more features and a little smaller than the Bosch...

Unreliability issues around battery

...and the blue and purple ones are not particularly pleasant either. However, having got a more sober looking grey one about a year ago I have had a year's worth of use on the one2one network, and not felt embarrased about carrying it around. On the plus side, this phone has a cover over the...

Small, many functions

Heavy

This is probably the best value for money phone around. I purchased a blue Ericsson T10s In April and have been very happy with it since. It has many functions and features including a calculator, own melodies and it has a vibrating option. The screen is clear and is very detailed. The phone is...

My husband bought me this phone as it is small and appeared to be the answer to my problems..well how wrong could I have been...it has been nothing but problems from day 1...we have contacted the company who basically dont want to know..it has been in for repairs and still ahs the same problems...

“Light but not mobile”

published 13/01/2001

easy to use, rugged

short standby time

The big problem with the T10 is its limited standby time - 65 hours. I like the flip phone style (especially after hearing stories of people whose phones dialled out while in their pockets and cost them a fortune) and its small enough without being flimsy. Navigation through the menus is easy...

Small, Funky, Ring tone composer, Vibrate

Hard to hold sometimes

I have had my T10 for a year now. It's been OK for the most part. When I purcheased the phone it was one of the smallest on the market and in my opinion far out forms the common as muck Nokia 3210. The Ericsson is blessed with a ringtone composer which is easy to use. You just type in a selection...

small screen, not predictive text input a la Nokia

Having owned and used an Ericsson T10s in Juicy Blue for a number of months now I have nothing but positive theings to say about it. Supplied with a belt clip, should you require it, the diminutive size of this phone makes it pocket-friendly, even in jeans. With a vibrating alert function, it's...

I bought this product initially because my old Motorola "brick" was getting to embarrassing to carry around in my wheelbarrow. I looked around the market looking for economy and size. I actually got this from the company first mobile. They gave me a £25 throwback for my old phone and sent me the...

This budget option from Ericcson is not really all its cracked up to be. It may be small and stylish and come in a range of bright colours but that is all it really has going for it. Despite its small size it is suprisingly heavy, weighing around 150g (compared to 91g for the Nokia 3310)and the...

The Ericsson T10 in my opinion is not as smart as it first appears. It has its good points such as a flip to stop you accidentally dialing numbers you don’t want to while it is in a pocket or bag, it is small and compact, lightweight, easy to use, it vibrates :) , and has a good selection of...

horrible to look at and has no good features

This op will be a short one as i don't have much to say about it. My uncle has this phone and got rid of it after he saw what a bad phone is was. It has a very low range of features. When they advertise this phone they advertise that this phone has a ringtone composer. This feature is way to...

“Great budget buy”

published 26/07/2000

Good reception quality and battery life

T10s transmit side is not brilliant.

The keypad is protected by a Motorola-style ‘flip’, but it doesn’t answer calls. The backlit keypad is likable. The display, which is also backlit, can show three lines, each of 16 characters. The display has icons for signal strength, SMS/voicemail receipt, divert, and battery condition. A screw...
