Lightweight and reliable

AdvantagesLight, reliable(most of the time), and has so many features.

DisadvantagesCan get its own way sometimes, turning on and off when it wishes

"I got fed up with the pay as you go mobile phone service, so I decided to get a contract phone. News papers have the service advertised daily. However, I was told by a friend to go with "Phones 4 u", on Vodafone network. Previously I was on Vodafone anyway and have always been satisfied with the service. I chose to have the Ericsson T10s phone. Not only is it lightweight and reliable, like most other Ericsson phones, but it also has a huge range ..." Read review

thank god i didnt buy it new

AdvantagesIt was cheap

Disadvantagessee opinion

"I bought my Ericsson T10 on ebay for about £26.00.I was fed up with Nokias and wanted a little diffrent as ta the time the Nokia 3310 was my only phone.I was first considering a Bosch and thendecided the T10 would be better for me as it has a few more features and a little smaller than the Bosch. I recieved the Ericsson T10 without a mark on it.The phone was hard to navigate my way through the menu at first as i was used to Nokia's menu system. ..." Read review

HOT ear piece

Advantagessmall, flip protected buttons

Disadvantagesear piece hots up on long calls

"THIS phone gets hot after long use and leaves my ears burning...not a good thing, so only suitable for occasional users. On the plus side it is small and in this low end market, few are this small, though it has a heavy battery and makes the unit weigh down a shirt pocket. The bright colours are an acquired taste, and the flip is not active, only a problem if you have moved from a phone with an active flip...don't forget to hang up! I don't ..." Read review

T10 good things

AdvantagesFree and reliable

DisadvantagesHard to hear other person

"The T10s is probably the best 'free' phone available, until the T28 comes onto this market at an equal price. It is a rugged phone - my neighbour dropped his into a pint of lager and it was fine after a day on the radiator - which will survive most accidents. It comes in five funky colours, of which dark blue seems most popular (although I had no choice) and utilises a flip front, although this doesn't house the microphone. It checks network ..." The yellow covers on these are horrific...

AdvantagesCheap, easy to use, good looking, make your own ringtones

DisadvantagesUnreliability issues around battery

"...and the blue and purple ones are not particularly pleasant either. However, having got a more sober looking grey one about a year ago I have had a year's worth of use on the one2one network, and not felt embarrased about carrying it around. On the plus side, this phone has a cover over the keys meaning that it'll never accidentally call someone when in your pocket or bag. It allows you to compose your own ring tones, enabling you to share (inflict) ..." Read review

Light but not mobile

Advantageseasy to use, rugged

Disadvantagesshort standby time

"The big problem with the T10 is its limited standby time - 65 hours. I like the flip phone style (especially after hearing stories of people whose phones dialled out while in their pockets and cost them a fortune) and its small enough without being flimsy. Navigation through the menus is easy enough and functionality is good (though restricted on the One to One pay as you go service). Watch out for the antenna snapping off - a sizeable expense and ..." A little diamond

AdvantagesGreat looks and features

DisadvantagesShort battery life and signal strength

"The t10s is a little beauty. I purchased mine in the purple colour, but have since had a transparent cover put on it. If you want any help etc about the phone you can email at yorkie69@hotmail.com. They are affordable with some great deals going if you shop around. The are very small and compact, but still have all and more than the usual phone features. address book, messaging, calculator, alarm, 2 spaces where you can compose your own ringtones, ..." Cheap and Cheerful

AdvantagesSmall, cheap, trendy

Disadvantagesbuttons difficult to use

"The first thing that attracted me to this phone was the funky range of colours it came in. It's small and cost effective and looks really cool. I found it very simple to use and the menu is easy to figure out. The only drawback about this phone is the buttons. Sometimes it can be frustrating when sending a text message as it often misses a letter. However, for people who don't have hundreds to spend on a cool phone, this is definately the one to buy. ..." Phantastic Phone!!

AdvantagesKey Pad Lock automatically after 30 secs

Disadvantagesnone

"I initially chose this phone as an upgrade from my Nokia because of the size (can fit in the smallest handbag or jeans pocket!!) and because I loved the colours. After using my blue T10 for just a week I was so impressed that I bought one for my mum. I also loved the purple colour and knew mum would too!! She was so taken with it that she bought a pink one as a present for my sister. The phone is easy to use, stylish and has an excellent sound quality. ..." Read review

Small, Sexy + Stylish

AdvantagesSmall. Durable. Easy to use. Many functions.

DisadvantagesSlighty slippery.

"You know those students walking around on their lunch break talking on their phones? Well I'm one of them. And as a student one of my main aims is to appear 'cool' among my peers, and with a sexy piece of equipment like this it's no trouble at all. But beauty is only skin deep, is the Ericsson T10s deep, involving and intelligent, or a merely a hollow shell of a mobile. Luckily for me and my cash strapped wallet (only £40 with connection to Orange ..." Read review

Great all rounder

Advantagessmall,dual band,good features,reliable, choice of funky colours

DisadvantagesNone

"The Ericsson T10 is a dual band phone. Its talktime is 4 hours, standby 100 hours and its weight is 146g.It has all the usual features. Particular ones I liked are the three full line graphic display, you can program two of your own musical melody rings, charge information, i.e. length of calls, total no of calls etc.I particulary like the flip, which virtually acts as a phone cover, keeping dust and dirt away from all the keys. Also since the phone ..." Read review

Now on Pay As You Go!

Advantagessmall, great features

Disadvantagesbad signal

"This is the basic one of the new Ericsson range and the cheapest. Basicly if already have the T18 then just take away the voice activation and the slight change in look and you have a T10. The T10 does have alot going for it and you can now get this on the One 2 One pay as you go which will please alot of people since the pay as you go phones can be pretty crap looking. Features on this phone are pretty good and they vary from composing ..." Read review

Small, Blue and Beautiful!

AdvantagesDesign, Weight, Vibration facility, Ease of use

DisadvantagesBelt clip is terrible

"I have owned an Ericsson T10 for 10 months and believe it to be one of the best all round mobile telephones on today's market. It replaced my slightly older, more cumbersome GA628 and has been a joy to use in comparison to it's older brother. The first major benefit I experienced was the surprising lack of bulk or weight. It can be carried around your person so easily and unobtrusively that you continually have to check to see if it is still there! ..." Read review

Small and groovy

AdvantagesSize, weight, features, appearance.

DisadvantagesText messaging is fiddly.

"I got this phone as a freebie as part of a connection deal but nonetheless have almost nothing but good things to say about it. It is packed with handy features such as a discrete vibrating mode and individualised ring tones (different tones for different callers) and a multitude of call diversion options. The storage capacity is large enough for most users and there are gizmos such as a calculator and ring tone editor to keep you happy if they're ..." Read review

Best I ever had!!

Advantagesgood coverage, excellent sound quality,

DisadvantagesOnly built for girls

"I bought this product initially because my old Motorola "brick" was getting to embarrassing to carry around in my wheelbarrow. I looked around the market looking for economy and size. I actually got this from the company first mobile. They gave me a £25 throwback for my old phone and sent me the dinky T10. It has got signals in almost everywhere I go, except perhaps potholing in the highlands!! II would say that it is a bit of a girls phone, ..." Read review
