I recently bought the Sony television, I love its styling, flat screen and wanted to sample the benefits of digital television.
As my local recetion was poor I had Sky Digital installed, the service was excellent and I now enjoy a crystal clear picture, and the benefits of e-mail and wider viewing. I would recommend anybody buying a set such as this does the same.
Two months have past and I am thrilled with my investment,, the picture quality is ... ...Dolby digital surrong to really complement the set.
My only point of reservation is as with all new technologies I have seen the same set advertised for £500 less than I payed with 24 months interest. Admittedly I got a 5 year guarantee, but as with everything in life, don't let the desire these stylish sets generate blind you to the fact that you could pick them up cheeper if you shop around!! ...

Advantages: good picture great sound Disadvantages: pricey
When I bought my DVD player my television wasnt good enough I Wanted more!!! So I bought the Sony, I love its sleek looks, flat trinitron screen and the future of digital built in. Unfortunately Digital coverage was not of sufficient strength in my area so i could not test the digital qualities of the set. Using my dvd player this picture is sharp and the sound clear and strong. The set is quite slim and the cabinet attractive and with 2 shelves ...
