Advantages: Looks cool, pictures great. Disadvantages: NONE so far.
...shop I decided on the Sony FWD-42PV1/S - 42" plasma panel - almost completely on looks alone. I'm a sucker for a pretty device, and this is A PRETTY device. It set me back about £750 including a two-year warranty, but it had a much larger screen than my old TV and since it was also HD I was excited when I brought it home. Admittedly I didn't have anything HD to test on it - but even still the image quality was far superior to my old TV.
USABILITY:
... ...old TV was easy to use, but this one is much better - not to mention it has MANY more features. All I had to do was plug it in and I was off.
LOOKS
This TV looks VERY nice; it's a flat panel, which is very slim for its screen size. It quick dominates the room though and becomes a focal point - it will create a lot of conversation with your friends about how it looks. Oh and don't worry - its just slightly big enough to warn off any would be crooks. ...

Size: Excellent for my living room
Good quality picture and sound. It is good value for money. I am saving money to buy one for my mum because I really satisfied with the product. After I have used the product I think the current price is extremely low for its value and quality. I have owned this product for a year and we have not had any problems with it. The remote is user friendly my kids can easily find their way looking for the different channels ...
