A brilliant camera - image stabilization, face detection, visual quality all excellent but it is let down by the bundled software and although the mts file format provides 15hours on 40gb disk - the problem comes when you want to play back on older equipment.
A modern HD telly or digital computer display or windows vista will allow you to play without trouble - apart from the need to buy special leads - but it seems very remiss of Sony to assume that all their clients have such equipment, the supplied software is less than adequate and if it was revised to cover slightly older equipment, eg most video projectors require you to purchase and s video lead as only the HD one is supplied. ...

Its is good along as it has a suitable amount of light around it. The picture quality is amazing and the best feature has to be the smooth slow motion recording. It takes 4.0 mega pixel pictures and has a Super steady shot feature to make the picture stable.
