Advantages: Burns pictures straight onto CD Disadvantages: Takes a few seconds to record each photo
If you can cope with the size (about the same as an SLR), this is a great camera for travellers because there is no need to find a computer to download photos to. After taking a photo you choose wether to delete or save it. Once you save the photo it is recorded straight onto the 8cm CD. To view photos you can either connect the camera to a PC or simpy insert the CD into the CD drive. Camera comes with software to organise photos into albums. There ... ...an automatic option - great if you're just learning. Also has options for quality of photos - the better the quality the more space they take up on a CD. At the highest quality (necessary if planning to enlarge photos) the CD holds about 100 photos.
The camera also has a video function - reasonable quality but takes up a lot of CD space.

Advantages: Good Pictures but with some concern. Disadvantages: Manual setting not so good but automatic is good.
I have the camera for only one week and already I have problems. As a professional photographer the quality of the photograph are good. Subsequently I love to branch all in manual setting due to the fact that that takes away the guessing if the automatic malfunction. I used the manual setting and realized that the viewing screen is not stabilized, it was very hard to frame the subject. Right now it's in the repair shop. I called the manufacture they ... ...by their technician to take it to a repair shop for evaluation. At this moment I feel that if this problem is not solved I will ask the manufacture to return my money. This camera is too new and quite pricey and with no help from their high technician responds. ...
