Advantages: Nice laptop
Disadvantages: Absolutely terrible after sales support

Nice laptop. However, Sony after sales service completely spoils it - and you'd better be prepared for them, because every Vaio laptop I've ever owned has had to go back at least once. It's up to you whether you're willing to deal with that but, just so you're forewarned: No Customer Service line. You'll be speaking to the repair centre ... not people who are concerned with your satisfaction. They are: - difficult to reach - never able to ... Read review

Great laptop, i love it. My personal experience of Sony after sales service is fantastic. I have owned Sony products for years and although occasionally I get let down by something defective but Sony have always sorted it out in a timely manner.
