im writing this review because the previous review is by a person who has clearly no idea about the technology and hasnt even tried all of its features. I purchased the black 4gb model and it is recognised by my windows vista laptop. However, we also have a XP computer that doesnt and didnt recognise many (this) removable drive(s) we put into it . However, the software provided works and is fine. The ear phones are amazing!!! Best headphones to be given free with any mp3/4 player in my opinion.
