It has a very shiney attractive finish and once figuring out how to work all the buttons I found it quite easy to operate. I got my Sony NW-E002 for free from Sony Credit Card so I can't really complain too much about it. It is my first MP3 player and I am impressed. So far I have 303 tracks on mine and there is still a bit of space left. I found that the software is easy to use but then again I am very competent with the use of computers and had no problems with it whatsoever. The unit just plugs into a USB port on a computer where it also charges from. Not sure ...
...don't think it would cost Sony too much to include something like this with it. They do include a catalogue with accessories available. I loved it. A great product from Sony. It looks sleek and fun and hold loads of your favourite tunes. I found it easy to handle and use and set it up within an hour. The software which came with it was very useful to help me put my songs on it. It keeps going for a long battery time and charges really fast and whilst you are downloading it charges. At irst i didn't know where the screen was and i got worried then i realised i was actually tinted ...

Apart from the fact it has 512 MB it is worth it because if you have 1G you will have to travel through upto 150+ songs and with 512 you have limited space and lttle song sotrage meaning it is easier to get to the song you want and also lets you store more wisely.
