I have owned this Sony DAB radio for approximately 2 months and have used it very often. General Use: The interface is simple and easy to use. The LCD screen lights up with an orange glow which is quite a unique feature. It has a sleep function, but no alarm wakeup. It can receive both DAB and FM signals, and also has 3 preset station buttons. There is also a hold switch, which i have never used. Battery Life: When using it out and about, I tend ... ...long just using the battery power. I estimate around 10 hours or continuous, but it is hard to judge as I never had it on for extended periods to really gauge the lifespan of the batteries Sound Quality: For a small unit the speaker is surprisingly loud and clear, no problems hearing it outside.
