I went on to Space Kitchens web site to have a look at there designs, before I knew it I had a phone call from there call center asking if we would like a free design with no pressure. I thought this sounds good and booked a time. The day of the design came and the call center phoned to say that Max would be the visitor and gave me a code to give him so we would get the 50% off and £1000 trade in for our kitchen. 7pm came around and a lady turned ...

They could get us an unbeatable offer, with options for money back either through appearing in their magazine (up to 100% back) or by recomending them to a friend or neighbour. After getting my space kitchen fitted, I finally discovered this website and thought "oh bugger, what have I done", but to be honest, i'm happy with what I have and happy with the price we paid for it. I recieved the "mystery phone call" about 7 weeks ago and agreed, as we'd just moved in to a new tenement flat with a less than perfect "destroy it yourself" kitchen already installed. the doors were the type with the metal bar/handle at the bottom ...

I used to work for Space Kitchens, so I know the in's and out's. I was there for quite a while and I did make a good living whilst working there. I have no complaints about how they handle their staff. However after reading the other reviews I feel all of what is said is true, both good and bad. I do pity the salesmen / designers that go to the houses of the people that read this review, simply because the designer won't earn a penny if you follow ...
...today. Your experience of Space Kitchens is 100% down to the attitude and professionalism of the designer who comes out to see you. I myself always took pride in my design and never applied pressure to get a sale. The customer simply cancels if they feel under pressure, or if they are even 1% unsure about something, so everything has to be right for them or else it isn't worth it.
