...am pregnant i was recommended Spatone Iron+ by a friend that has had the same problem. They come in boxes of 28 and are individual sachets of mineral water which contain the added iron. One sachet a day, taken on its own or with fruit juice is enough to keep your iron levels at a normal level and without the added worry of the painful side effect that most iron supplements can cause.
