Invigorate Your Skin

AdvantagesGentle but effective

DisadvantagesNone

"Iíve used St. Ives apricot scrubs on and off for years. I often try out other brands but I always end up coming back to St. Ives. The one Iím using at the moment is this Invigorating Apricot Scrub, which is currently priced at £3.99 for the 150ml tube in Boots. It comes in a squeezy plastic tube which unfortunately is opaque so you canít easily see when youíre running out. It has a sturdy plastic flip top lid which makes it easy ..." Read review

A refreshing scrub! Review with images

AdvantagesGreat product, value for money

DisadvantagesNone

"As a teenager I was very lucky as so not to be affected by acne, something that I was surrounded by in my teenage years. I did still, however get the odd spot on my face, and when this did occur, I would reach for this while showering and I still do today. The Packaging: The packaging of this product comes in an opaque container. The lid faces face down, which means the "flow" of this product is very good, meaning you don't have to spend some time ..." Scrubs Up Nicely

AdvantagesBeautiful natural scent, promotes healthy and radiant skin

DisadvantagesA little expensive

"...number of exfoliating scrubs, but St Ives remains in the top two of my favourite brands. The packaging has changed slightly since the picture on the page was posted. The exfoliator comes in a white tube that is round at the bottom and becomes flat near the top. The bottle is fashioned from plastic, and is recyclable where facilities exist. The warm orange colour that is prominent on the bottle compliments the image of apricots that is positioned ..." Read review

scrub away impurities

Advantagesexfoliates gently

Disadvantagesmay seem expensiVE (although it lasts a long time )

"I first tried St Ives apricot face scrub when I was sent a little 30ml sample from a giveaway on facebook, before then I had been using whatever scrubs were in poundland! I now buy St.Ives because I have found it suits my skin perfectly. As I work in a nursing environment it is always quite warm and stuffy, my hair, nails and skin really suffer because of this, the skin on my face has become quite dry and needs regular exfoliation. St Ives apricot ..." Read review

St. Ives Invigorating Apricot Scrub

AdvantagesIt leaves your face soft and smooth.

DisadvantagesIt can leave your skin feeling tight.

"*HOW I CAME ABOUT THIS PRODUCT* I have always tried to exfoliate my face regularly, to keep my skin looking okay. It was by coincidence that I came across this St. Ives apricot scrub, and I have been a loyal costumer ever since! *BRAND* St Ives is a nature friendly company. They are committed to only using natural products. Their products contain no parabens or phthalates. They only use eco friendly packaging and they are helping reduce waste ..." Read review

A knight in shining armour...

Advantagesreally works to remove dead skin cells, notice the difference after using it just once

Disadvantagesmay not be ok for sensitive skin

"...in shining armour... I recently tried St Ives hair conditioner and as that was quite good I thought that it might be worth trying some of their other products. Enter St Ives invigorating Apricot Scrub. They also do a slightly different version of this called Blemish Control Apricot Scrub. I dunno what the difference is as I havent tried the other one. The Scrub is packaged in an orange-peachy coloured bottle with a blue flip-top lid. It's a ..." Read review

A super little scrubber

AdvantagesA very effective face scrub - I love it!

DisadvantagesNothing

"...very obviously part of the St Ives family, which includes a wide range of facial products, body lotions and washes. The tube is a good size (150ml) and a tube lasts me several months. The product is not tested on animals and uses 100% natural exfoliants. The main ingredients are apricot, ground corn kernels and ground walnuts. === What to do === The print on the back suggests using the product 3-4 times a week. I use it less than this - maybe ..." The Secret To Picture Perfect Skin

AdvantagesLeaves skin smooth, soft, invigorated, revived

DisadvantagesMay seem a lil rough when first used

"...pores. You can use the St Ives Apricot Scrub regularly, for gentle exfoliation & this helps clear out the pores. * If you would like to control oily skin, then it is recommened you exfoliate weekly. This will help lift away dead skin cells and oil which accumulates in pores. Which scrub should you use? There are hundreds of products out there and its really annoying when it comes to finding the 'right' one. I have tried many products but I ..." Read review

A great scrub!!!

AdvantagesLasts ages and not too harsh yet not too mild

Disadvantagesnone I can find

"I have been using St Ives Apricot Scrub for 8 years and I love it, for me no other scrub Iíve used even comes close to this particular one. Iíve tried a few in the past, and I think the reason this works so great for me is because on scrub terms itís somewhere in the middle, so not too harsh and sharp yet not too mild where I wouldnít even feel the Ďscrubí element. It does the job Ė simply removes dead skin cells to reveal smooth, healthy skin. ..." Read review

Scrub Me To Heaven!!

AdvantagesFresh, Radiant Skin

DisadvantagesNot For Sensitive Skin

"...when I came across this St Ives invigorating Apricot Scrub. Iíd used St Ives products before such as body lotions and cleansing wipes and had no problem so decided to buy this face scrub. St Ives is known for its Swiss Formula. This Scrub comes in an orangey apricot bottle with a blue lid, which is easily flipped open! The tube contains 150mls; Iím still on my first tube after a month and will expect it to last for a least another. The Apricot ..." Read review

No more tiny balls for me!

AdvantagesIt works extremely well

DisadvantagesProbably works too well if you have sensitive skin

"I think that I should make something clear before I start - this is a review of a facial scrub that is being written by a bloke. So, yes girls we do use them secretly. Good! that's that out of the way then. I am in the fortunate position of being married with two (as good as) grown up daughters. As a result, the shelf in the shower compartment is constantly adorned with an ever changing supply of exotic sounding shampoos, conditioners and other assorted ..." Read review

Brand new skin feeling

AdvantagesFeels amazingly clean, sandy type solution you can feel working, invigorating smell

DisadvantagesA little harsh for sensative skin, small container, not too easy to wash off

"When i first used this face scrub i was amazed, it was the first time i'd used one and i couldn't belive the fresh feeling it left me with. The fresh new skin feeling and the invograting smell made me feel amazing and i new that i had discovered something fantastic! I've tried a few scince then and no other compares to this one as the very sandy texture really does "scrub" your face, thats why i don't think you should try this for sensative skin. ..." The UK's No. 1 scrub? Oh yes!

AdvantagesScrubs the dead skin away easily.

DisadvantagesLeaves all the apricot bits in the sink!

"...that flaky skin. After seeing St Ives facial scrubs advertised on TV, I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it. Within a week I saw the difference. The scrub is brown (that must be the apricots) and bitty (as you would expect with an exfoliating product). You wet your face and neck and massage the product into the skin. It is then rinsed off, ready for moisturiser. This product really does smooth your skin and it improved my dull complexion ..." Read review

I love this product!

AdvantagesNice looking skin, cheap compare to other products

DisadvantagesCan leave grains in skin and hair if not careful

"I have been using this product since I was 15! I used to have a bad skin when young and used to feel ashame of my face. I had problems with my skin because I could not stand a spot on my face and always ended up by infecting them. By then I have tried every single product in the market. Suddenly, one day I found this scrub and though "why not give it a try?". The results were just amazing! I know the product is not for spots but it did help me to ..." Read review

Stupid Tv ad!

AdvantagesNice fresh smell

Disadvantagesow ow ow ow!

"...to buy a tube of St I ves apricot scrub. It was £3.99 for about 150ml,buy one get one free.So that went straight into my bulging basket of stuff that I will try once and never use again. The tube is made of fairly thin plastic with an easy to open flip cap.The labelling is very clear and unconfusing,as our most of the St I ves range of products. Upon opening and squeezing, you are presented with a paste with pieces of ground walnut shell with a vague ..." Read review
