...Riviera.' Apparently.
Big claims then, ST. Is it beautiful in colour? Well, the polish itself is a turquoisey colour which has no big bits in it. Reminiscent of the Riviera? Well I guess it sounds nice, eh?
The texture seems uniform in this scrub which makes me happy because I always get scared by the 'natural' extracts other brands put in which seem to take chunks out of my skin out when I use it. You rub it between your fingers and it feel pleasantly ... ...therefore. So I'm in my bath thinking of the golden brown me which shall emerge tomorrow. I squeeze a little of the Body Polish onto my palm and start at my wrists working upwards. Hmmm...it feels nice. Not harsh at all. Its now that I notice the smell; its not terribly strong but it smells frshish and also somewhat like kitchen or bathroom cleaner...but don't be afraid-its really not that bad!!
Now, the instructions tell me (and my own knowledge ...

...3 stages to applying the St. Tropez tan itself. For optimum and the most natural looking tan it really is essential to follow all 3 stages. The first is exfoliate, second moisturise and third is to tan it up! You really cannot blame the product for not being perfect, if you don’t follow the instructions. You wouldn’t ignore cooking instructions, or safety instructions, consider this the same.

Advantages: Great body scrub Disadvantages: More expensive than other brands
It's that time of year again...lots of parties requiring strappy frocks and sandals. EEK!! Frightening-it also sadly is the time of year when I should NOT show my white body. Sad fact is, the last time it saw sunlight was August.
However, am I dismayed? Not a bit of it because I am a St Tropez convert. Whereas once upon a time it would have been the sunbeds, three years ago, I had my first professionally applied S.T. tan and was hooked. Now I am ... ...WHAT DO YOU DO?
There are 3 stages to applying the S.T. tan and yes, the best, most natural looking tan is achieved if you follow all 3 stages. The first is exfoliate, second moisturise and third is to fake it!
PACKAGING
This comes in a white bottle with the St Tropez logo in a stripe on the front- simple but effective packaging. It has a flip lid which means that you can squeeze as much out as you want and so you can minimise waste; the top also ...

Advantages: Beautiful colour, smell, results...! Disadvantages: bit expensive...
I'm so impressed with this product. it's actually the best in the business. I have used radox, imperial leather, boots organics... all those brands.. then onto the mid-range brands like Simple, Sanctuary etc.. and yeah, the higher the price, the nicer the product, but not always the better. Often these products can be around 10 or 12 pounds. Why not give it the extra 3 quid and splash out on St Tropez Body Polisher? It's good enough for the beauty ... ...is why:
I love the feel of it on my skin as it is never runny, it's never too thick and it doesn't clog the nozzle. It doesn't hurt my skin and it smells extravagant and luxurious. The colour is divine and the results are spectacular. I could not recommend this more to you - buy the St Tropez Body Polisher.
Boots sells this charming lotion at 15 pounds a bottle... steep, but trust me St Tropez is the absolute leader here, and fifteen pounds is ...

Advantages: Baby soft skin Disadvantages: It runs out pretty quickly
There are three steps to the St Tropez tanning system; the Body Polisher is Step 1.
The Body Polisher is an exfoliator, which you need to use as the first step of your self-tanning adventure. It comes in a jazzy black and white bottle with the name St Tropez running down it. The polish itself is a turquoise, extremely thick lotion with round beads which will remove any dead skin from the surface leaving a smooth base ready for tanning. The beads ... ...feeling that you get from some exfoliators and the frangrance of the product is quite light and refreshing. I love the smell! To use it you need make sure you have wet skin, then simply massage away in a smooth, circular motion. Make sure you pay particular attention to areas such as your feet, elbows and knees, as obviously these areas of your skin are driest. In a salon sponges would be used to remove the polish but when doing this at home it's ...

I purchased the St Tropez trial pack kit. I did not think much of the tan as it came out greenish first of all, but after a second application it looked a little better colour, but still not what I was looking for.
Anyway, I loved the body polish the first time I used it. It has a lovely blue colouring with exfoliating beads in, and a pleasant fragrance.
It left my skin feeling silky smooth, and improved my complexion. Although I do not use St ...
