Star Ocean: The Last Hope (Xbox 360)

...so when i first got Star Ocean I thought to my self "This is going to be like every other game i have played". To my shock i was kinda right. The storyline is average at the beginning not much difference to other games in the genre but it does have some nice twists in it as the game goes ,getting better with each one. The thing which pulls the game out of the bin is the unique battle system which I think, although can be quite difficult, is worth ...
...that the battle system is quick, hard hitting and no mercy. You can attack, dodge, use special skills, move and some other things all without loading up a battle menu. There are a few in game systems which are very fimilar. The mosters/characters you fight are on the map before you fight and a battle is engaged when you touch them. Like with alot of games like this if you attack them when there facing the other way you can ambush them and vice versa ...

This is the fourth Star Ocean game, though first chronologically in the series . While the game has a £39.99 RRP, it can be found for cheaper at around £15 - 30 if you look around. ...is stunning. Definitely reminiscent of Star Ocean 3, but also very beautiful in other places. In fact I say it's better than SO3's.
