Advantages: Story. All the force powers Disadvantages: It's too easy
...being a bit of a Star Wars fan I thought the idea of swinging your Wii remote about like a light sabre and throwing people about with the force was too good to resist. '''The Game Story'''
When this film starts off if you're a Star Wars fan it's sheer bliss. At first you get the usual crawl of text summing up what's going on in the galaxy. You then step off a ship as Darth Vader! Your imperial troops are having problems. "Leave it to me" says Vader ... ...If you're a Star Wars fan you'll love it. No Hayden Christensen, no stupid Gungans or Ewoks. Just all the stuff you love. You come upon many various Jedi and dark Jedi, all with different techniques and different light sabre variants. Each mission is usually on a different and often familiar planet or star ship. At times you're fighting the rebels, at others you're fighting the imperial storm troopers; in amongst droids and miscellaneous criminals ...

Advantages: Slicing and dicing your enemies with a lightsaber and force powers. Disadvantages: Difficult camera controls.
...it would have to be Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for the Nintendo Wii. It was almost as if the designers of the Wii had the idea of a lightsaber style game in mind at the time they where developing it. The actual game is set between Episode III and Episode IV and tells the tale of Darth Vader's secret apprentice, a young force strong child he finds on the Wookie planet of Kashykk who he trains to help him destroy the remaining Jedi scattered through ... ...which can sometimes be either be to quick or react like a snail. All in all this game is first class and a worthwhile investment for all, even if you're not a big Star Wars fan. '''Published on other review sites under the same author name''' ...

Advantages: Great story, controls may appeal to some Disadvantages: Dated graphics, repetitive, cheats which can't be turned off, not much replay value
...game is better than the Star Wars prequels and it shows. The story is the best part of the game, despite the whole new array of unfamiliar characters. The gameplay is average, put bluntly. As you waggle the wiimote to swing your saber you can push forward the nunchuck to force push and..... in terms of motion control that's it. You press c to strike lightining, press another button to jump and hold down Z to grab objects. There is some motion control ... ...Is it worth renting? Yes. Star Wars enthusiasts will get a kick out of the story and the controls may appeal to some. Despite this, the game is much better for the PS3 and 360. The graphics just look so dated compare to those versions. The wait goes on for a decent Star Wars experience for the Wii. ...

Advantages: Playability, storyline, excellent sound effects, player customization Disadvantages: Longevity
As a star wars fan I had to buy this game, had seen it advertised on the Tv but did not have a decent games console to play it on until recently.
I must say I have found this game to be amazing, having a Wii to play it on just adds to the fun, just got to get a lightsabre now.
There is a full running story throughout this game which slowly build as you progress through the game. You begin the game as Darth Vader and generally just walk arounf the ... ...only downside to this game is that it does not take that long to complete, but once completed you can start again with all your powers already gained.
Overall I think this is a must for any Star Wars fan and is availible on many formats, would definately reccomend. ...
