Sterimar Nasal Spray

I have suffered from blocked sinuses on and off for many years, and as usual, it was the dull, "stuffed up" feeling and the pain in my forehead which sent me scuttling to the Pharmacy for help. I am lucky, my pharmacist knows me well, and when I asked for some tablets to clear my sinuses, he patiently explained that my sinuses were in fact dry, the tablets I requested would only dry them more - and then produced a spray can of SEA WATER !
