Advantages Reduced Lines and Stretch Marks. Better than all the products I have used in the past.
Disadvantages Expensive and Slightly Greasy

The Discovery I have used many products from Bio Oil to Palmers. They gave me beautiful and moisturised skin but had no effect on my stretch marks. So I started to search for a miracle product that could help I was very fat in my teenage years and then finally started to shed the weight by eating soup for lunch with brown bread, sushi, fruit for desserts, herbal tea after meals, oven food, moderate amount of Jaffa Cakes (just in case anyone asks how), multivitamins to make sure I was getting enough of the good stuff and going three times a week to the gym. I have been aware of StriVectin SD for sometime now and have read several celebrity success claims. Whilst I don't suffer from deep furows or wrinkles, I do have a few expression lines on my forehead and my Naso Labial lines, (nose to mouth lines) have become a little more prominent. Advantages It does work!

Having had 2 children & losing the weight (unfortunately, not the stretch marks!), I've had little luck in using various types of cream for my 5 year old (& a bit) stretch marks around my jelly belly until, finally reading about Strivectin SD in magazines & the wonder it gives many women in my shoe - I thought it's definitely worth welcoming into my life! The price tag has put me off at first but once I've used it for the first 3 weeks - by squirting out a small amount (roughly a size of a 5p coin around my belly & even around the back of my legs - yes, I've got stretch marks there as well!) ... more

Advantages I did not experience any advantages of using this cream.
Disadvantages Greasy skin, spots, cream is poorly absorbed, sticky when applied & very expensive price tag.

I bought this product last year for its claims to reduce the appearance of facial wrinkles. Now I have tried many different face creams over the years, with varying degrees of success. I can only say this is quite possibly the worst face cream that I have ever tried! As per the directions on the tube, only a very small amount of the cream is required per application. However inspite of this fact, the cream still feels greasy and thick when applied to the face. It seems to sit on the face and does not appear to absorb well. Advantages Really fades stretch marks
Disadvantages Not as effective on areas with thick skin.

I have been using the cream for my stretch marks and it has made a dramatic difference, especially on the stretch marks on my arms which have faded significantly. The results to the stretch marks on my stomach and back have not been so dramatic, but I will keep using the cream. I believe this could be because the skin in those areas is thicker. Anyway, based on the results I am getting I would recommend the cream. I always thought nothing could fade stretch marks and so I am pleasantly surprised at the results achieved. wow wow and wow. im only 26 but i had very deep lines on my forehead and was even considering botox...really!! but ive read loads about this cream in the glossy mags and was a bit sceptical of it. its claimed as a miracle cream because it was originally made to treat stretch marks, but when it was being tested women were using it on their faces by mistake. the makers were amazed at the wrinkle busting powers it contained. so anyway theres a seller on ebay called kevpotter who sells 15ml sample pots of this for £15, this is fab as the full size tube costs around £130! so anyway you apply the ... more
