Advantages: easy to use Disadvantages: bit expensive
...swallow it.
The price of the sudocrem is around £6 which you may think is a lot but once you see how well it works you'll be happy to pay that little bit extra for the good results it produces.
I always have a tub in my bathroom cabinet and use it for lots of things, soothing bruises, spots, smoothing skin and stopping itches from eczema, it's a little tub of many uses. Don't however use it on cut or open wounds.
If you haven't tried it then ...

Crem de la crem! Review ofSudocrem netdoctor Antiseptic Healing Creamby
scala333
Advantages: Effective on variety of skin problems, fast working, lasts ages Disadvantages: Takes a while to rub in
...on thrusting a pot of Sudocrem at me and instructed me to use it at the slightest hint of trouble on my newborn's skin. Stupid, I thought, especially when she kept referring to it as "Magic Cream". I was even less impressed when I first tried it on baby's nappy rash - it is thicker than many skincare products, and takes a while to rub in.
Imagine my surprise the next morning when I changed baby's nappy and found no trace of nappy rash. I was secretly ...

Advantages: Brilliant for eczema or other types of rash Disadvantages: Feels quite greasy if put on in the heat.
Sudocrem is an antiseptic healing cream to treat things such as napkin rash, eczema and bed sores. It can also be used to treat sunburn, minor burns, surface wounds, acne, and chilblains. The product is pretty plain and comes in a grey pot, in sizes of 50g (i think), 125g, and 250g. It costs about 2.15 for a 125g pot and around 4.00 for a 250g pot.
I use this cream regularly as I suffer from eczema. It started at a very young age, but has decreased ...

Advantages: Good value for money, protects the skin, pleasant smell Disadvantages: Leaves residue on fingers after applying, does not absorb fully into skin
...have been a fan of Sudocrem ever since my first child was born seven years ago. I did not start using it until a bad case of nappy rash and it was recommended to me by my health visitor. It protected the skin from further damage while it healed, which encouraged me to use it further. At the first sign of a rash I would use sudocrem, mainly to protect the skin.
The cream however, would never fully be absorbed into the skin, and before the next application ...

Advantages: excellent for nappy rash and neck soreness in babies Disadvantages: Can cause localised irratiation
...travelsize available.
Personal Comments
I initially used sudocrem on my husband's feet which were often dry and cracked. It quickly healed the cracks.
When I had my baby I began using it again. It is excellent for nappy rash. I apply it often before any redness appears and it works as an effective barrier to any liquid. When my baby has soreness the sudocrem will quickly clear it up often needs only one application. I have also used it on my ...

whilst it doesn't concern me directly i thought it might help some of you ladies , ( I'm male /husband ),. after a particularly "heavy" time my wife was very sore and had reacted to her blood , she uses pads/towels . We tried the usual petroleum jelly and achieved nothing . I applied very liberally to the area twice a day and found not only did ease the itching and burning feeling , it also healed the area nicely .
Since then we/she have used every time and not had anymore problems, agreed it can be messy ,but for the wife it is a blessing

Very useful Review ofSudocrem netdoctor Antiseptic Healing Creamby
yanakorsten
Advantages: works well as it helps wounds heal more quickly and is great for nappy rash Disadvantages: not easily absorbed
I have used this product for years. I became aware of it when my son was a baby and it is excellent for nappy rash . Then I proceeded to use it for r small cuts where it is fantastic as the cuts h seem to heal up more quickly when you use this product . The one disadvantage is that it is a bit thick and not easily absorbed so that it can be very messy . However, the results are so good that I have continued to use it. It is quite odourless so that ...
