Within a matter of minutes I was hunting the net (putting work to one side!) for somewhere cheap and trendy to go. I work for a company who book hotel rooms on a regular basis , I would take ages getting the right hotel in the right location until I discovered the superbreaks web site.I have tried many web sites similar to this but none which are as easy and useful as this one. Now all I do is use the search facility on superbreak it gives me facilities pictures of hotels and availability etc. I also book online which saves time on telephones. I would recommend ...

Firstly, we had a problem with our hotel in Bruges (Hotel ter Brughe) - a nasty sewage smell permeating into our bathroom. The hotel management didn't offer a replacement room until second day. When I asked for some form of reduction, neither the hotel nor Superbreak wanted to know - in fact their attitude was that I was being unreasonable because I didn't want to accept poor standards. The test of a company is how they they react when you have a problem. I wouldn't use this one again. ...

I have tried them to book a hotel in london for a week in London to find out that they ahve charged me £26 extra on the top of the hotel price for one night. That's in total £156 for 6 nights. They never aswer emails when you complaints. This has been over a week on and has never been resolved. Bad customer services and expensive booking. Will never use them again. ...

The web site if easy to locate, easy to use and the search choices either by price, place, star of hotel is great. It gives a list of rooms available plus prices of each type. Also discounts for children are tempting in this day and age. When telephoning with the brochure in front of you - if your desired hotel is not available ...
