For us sensitive ones out there!

Advantages: Dematologist approved, cleans well, no streaks, no perfume
Disadvantages: Made need to top it up after soaking

Surcare sensitive washing up liquid is another gem of a find I want to share with you. As many of you know I suffer quite badly with very sensitive skin and get irritable eczema from time to time. I am always very careful what products I use and had been quite happy with original Fairy washing up liquid. However after a recent promotion at Sainsburys I tried Fairy’s latest love child, Fairy Naturals, thinking (stupidly) that something natural couldn’t ...
...irritation. I decided to try Surcare Sensitive washing up liquid as I have also used their hand wash and been very happy with that product. So Who Makes Surcare? *^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^ The Surcare range is made by a company called Robert McBride Ltd, not a familiar name to me but they also make Brio, Clean ‘n’ fresh and Superguard. They do not test on animals, creating products that are dermatologically tested and dermatologist approved. ...

Surcare - a gentle washing up liquid

Advantages: An effective and gentle washing up liquid
Disadvantages: None

I decided to try Surcare as I intensely disliked the stong fragrance used by other washing up liquids and the aftertaste the residue left in cups etc if they are not thoroughly rinsed. I had tried Ecover washing up liquid but that was a little more expensive than the usual brands. One day I happened to spot Surcare on the supermarket shelves and decided to give it a try. Mainly because it was very reasonably priced at 76p and much cheaper than the ...
...2 for a £1... Surcare is specially made for those people who suffer from sensitive skins. It is unperfumed, dermatologist approved and contains no dyes. It comes in an atractive white 500ml bottle with a picture of a mother and young baby on the front. The liquid is clear and unperfumed. You only need a small amount to make the water frothy and bubbly. Just use in the usual way. The liquid thoroughly cleans washing up and does not leave any offensive ...

Pass me the rubber gloves!

Advantages: Made for sensitive skins, cleans well
Disadvantages: Not avaiable everywhere

...which at the moment is Surcare - if anyone has any other suggestions please let me know. Surcare? Surcare is a range of laundry, washing up and personal care products made by Robert McBride Ltd for sensitive skins. They are all dermatologically tested and dermatologist approved and not tested on animals. They do not contain perfume, dyes or any other unnecessary additives yet are extremely good at what they do, particularly the washing up liquid. ...
...the other products in the Surcare range it doesn't contain any added perfume so it doesn't smell of anything very much. It is a clear liquid (it doesn't contain any added colour either). It is good at producing bubbles so you don't need to use much at a time - however, after a few pots (a bowl full) the bubbles soon disappear. Overall it is pretty similar to any other washing up liquid. It cleans very well (even the cat's bowl comes up sparkling) ...

Keeps my hands from drying out

Advantages: Keeps my hands from drying out
Disadvantages: Not concentrated so can go through more

I have been using Surcare now for about 6 months after finding my hands had started to become very dry after doing any washing up and i don't particularly like rubber gloves. My mother suffers from Eczema on her hands so i think this why i might have started to suffer from the dryness. I noticed an improvement straight away from using Surcare and find it is just as good as any of the leading washing up brands out there, its unfragranced which i ...
...little of washing up liquid if used immediately after washing with my previous brand and you don't need to use a lot, it bubbles up well and cleans the dishes really well too. Its also reasonably priced at approx 75p for 500ml. I have noticed though if i have to do a lot of washing up in one go my hands can still feel dry but i think thats mainly me and not the liquid, i have no issues with it when doing a normal meals dishes or even a days worth. ...
