    Flashback to last May and my idea of exercise was walking to the freezer to grab the tub of Ben & Jerry's! But the realisation that I had piled a fair amount of weight on over the last couple of years made me realise that getting an exercise regime going was a must if I wanted to get back to a comfortable size 10/12. At first I started with just following Davina's Superbody workout a couple of times a week, but soon I was doing more and more, to the point where I am now combining that with some running and some pilates and have now lost just over 2 stone.
