Advantages: Good product Disadvantages: Expensive to upgrade
I have been using the previous version of Norton system works for about a year and have always found it to be very good. It has difinately rescued me from a number of problems during this time. The complete system uses a great deal of resources when it is running on the machine. I have noticed this pointed out a number of times in magazines. Now has come the time when it looks like I should consider upgrading and I am very annoyed that I will have ... ...£20 being offered because I paid £70 last year. I didn't grudge the money the first time because it was a new product but I do think that Norton should offer those who are previous customers an option to buy an upgrade cheaper than this. Possibly via the net and a pay for a key system so that they could cut out the retailers especially as I am a paying subscriber for their live update pro already.
